My order has been shipped but hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do? We understand that plans can change. However, as stated during checkout and in our order confirmation, orders are immediately processed through our inventory and payment systems, which means we may not be able to cancel your order once it has been placed. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cizan.store. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you are welcome to return the items once received, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Yes! Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from info@cizan.store. This email will include your order number and a summary of the items purchased.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from info@cizan.store containing your tracking number. Depending on the product ordered, this email may take up to 3 business days to be sent. If your tracking link shows as unavailable, don’t worry — it means your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way. Unfortunately, we are unable to split a single order between two separate addresses. If you’d like items delivered to different locations, please place two separate orders.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at info@cizan.store and we’ll do our best to assist with the address change. However, once the order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer change the address. Please make sure to enter accurate address and contact details at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

SHIPPING

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by the shipping carrier. Yes, we do offer expedited and express options at checkout. Please note: Orders placed after 9:00 AM (GMT) will be processed the next business day. Weekend delivery is not available. A signature is required for Express Shipping. Carriers make up to 3 attempts before returning the package to us. If you receive a delivery notice, please follow the carrier’s instructions carefully.
We do our best to minimize import taxes and duties, but some countries may still charge additional fees. If you're charged by your local customs office, you are responsible for those fees. However, please email us at info@cizan.store, and we may be able to offer a discount on your next purchase as a courtesy.
No. To make gift-giving easier, we do not include pricing on the packing slip. Prices are only shown in your email order confirmation.
If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package appears lost: First, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If the issue persists, email us at info@cizan.store and we’ll assist you further. Mistakes can happen, such as misdelivery to neighbors. Please double-check your surroundings before reporting it as lost.
